Dr. Baker was recognized in the category of Advancing and Leading the Profession.

Remembering Maj. Gen. Carol TimmonsOn Sunday, we lost a Delaware Tech graduate, Distinguished Alumni recipient, and our commencement speaker. Maj. Gen. Carol Timmons, head of the Delaware National Guard from 2017 until 2019, was one of the first female combat pilots and the first female brigadier general and adjutant general in the Delaware National Guard.
